Gmail has been marking some of my email as spam lately so I needed to fix it. The first thing I thought of was to create a filter that automatically moves email from that address to my inbox, because I didn’t see any other way to do it. However, that’s not an option.

Upon further investigation, with Gmail you should add the email address to your contacts. Any address in your contacts list automatically gets put in your inbox. Definitely a good piece of information to know!
