I was going to shut down my system today (Win XP) and this program was hanging things up, so I decided I did a little research on what it is.

Basically it’s a program associated with MS Office, that is used in conjunction with voice and writing recognition. It’s something I definitely don’t need, and I imagine a majority of people don’t either.
