Internet Explorer - Run As - The Directory Name is Invalid

If you’re getting the error message “The directory name is invalid” when trying to run a program as a different user, you can do the following:

Right click the shortcut (In this case it’s for IE) then click on properties properties:

Change the value in the Start in field to the following:
